Account
How do I create an account? Download the Karyo app, enter your phone number and confirm the verification code (OTP) received by WhatsApp. You can also sign in with Apple, Google or Facebook.
How do I edit my information? Go to My account to update your name, photo, city or language.
How do I delete my account? In My account > Security > Delete account. The detailed procedure and the grace period are described on the "Delete my account" page.
Listings
How do I publish a listing? Tap the publish button, enter the vehicle's specifications, add photos and a price, then publish. Publishing is guided: the options offered adapt to the selected vehicle to save you time. Remember to use sharp photos and an honest description.
How do I edit or delete my listing? From My listings, select the listing concerned to edit it, pause it or delete it.
Why was my listing refused or removed? Listings are moderated. A listing may be refused if it does not comply with our rules (misleading information, ineligible vehicle, prohibited content). See the "Terms of Use" for details.
What do the "PRO" and "Garage" badges mean? The "PRO" badge indicates a seller offering several vehicles (a private reseller or an independent professional). The "Garage" badge indicates a garage or dealership registered on Karyo.
Buying and contacting
How do I contact a seller? From a listing, use the contact options offered (phone or WhatsApp). Exchanges and the transaction take place directly between you and the seller.
How do I save my searches and receive alerts? Save a search from the filters to be notified of matching new listings. You can also add listings to your favourites.
How does price estimation work? Karyo provides an indicative estimate based on a statistical model. It is provided for information purposes only. See the "How it works" page.
Safety and trust
Does Karyo take part in the sale? No. Karyo is an intermediary: we connect sellers and buyers, but we are not a party to the transaction and collect no payment. See our "Safety tips" before any purchase.
How do I report a listing? Use the report option available on the listing concerned.
How do I manage my notifications? In My account, you can enable or disable the various types of notifications.
